Visual Project Producer

We are looking for a Visual Project Producer (Project Manager).

Your day-to-day:

• Translate technical and business documents between Korean and English or Vietnamese.
• Act as the communication bridge between Vietnam teams and Korea HQ, ensuring clear and timely information sharing.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and drive follow-up actions.
• Plan and manage the overall project schedule, key milestones, track project progress, and priorities across Art, Tech, and Korea team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to swiftly resolve issues, enhance processes and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet specified technical and business requirements.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

 Your background:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as Project Manager/ Comtor or similar roles (excluding freelance work).
• Korean: TOPIK 5+
• English: Middle level
• Excellent skills in both written and oral communication in Korean.
• Demonstrated excellence in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and a strong commitment to continual improvement.
• Proactive, positive, and responsible attitude.

It's a big plus if you:

• Have experience in 3D, VFX, animation, filming, real-time content, or virtual production.
• Understand content creation workflows or production pipelines.
• Have an understanding of virtual streamers.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams.
• Experience working with Korean Clients.
