As our Marketing & User Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own the growth engine of our product — from running paid campaigns to testing bold growth hacks, setting up analytics, and driving data-informed decisions — while applying AI tools to supercharge your workflow.
You’ll work closely with our CEO/COO, Product, and Content teams to bring millions of learners into our journey.
What you’ll own
- Lead UX/UI for onboarding, daily sessions, micro-lessons, game flows, progression, practice, and “come back” experiences.
- Design habit loops that feel supportive—without guilt or pressure.
- Partner with Learning Design to make outcomes clear and progress feel real.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system (components, states, interaction standards).
- Use AI comfortably to accelerate synthesis, exploration, microcopy, and documentation.
Who you’ll work with
- Product & Business Owner / PM — priorities, problem framing, impact.
- Engineering (Unity / mobile) — ship high-quality UI and iterate fast.
- Learning Design / Music team — ensure skill progression feels musically authentic.
…and collaborate with other partners as needed.
Must-have qualifications
- 5+ years shipping consumer mobile products (iOS/Android).
-Strong interaction design craft (motion, feedback, pacing, micro-interactions) — portfolio evidence required.
- Experience designing progression/habit systems that motivate in a healthy way.
- Strong collaboration with engineers; comfortable in fast iteration cycles.
Key factors
- Passion for music and empathy for the emotional journey of learning.
- Global ed-tech / skills-learning experience (multi-country audiences; localization/cultural nuance).
- Comfortable working with AI for UI/UX design (real workflow leverage, not just ideation).
