UI/UX Designer

What You’ll Do

• Design user experiences: Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that make complex AI insights intuitive and actionable.
• Own the product design process: From concept to high-fidelity UI, ensuring consistency and usability across desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with engineering: Work closely with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Craft visual identity: Help define Reasonary AI’s design language — color palette, typography, components, and interaction styles.
• Conduct research: Understand user behavior and translate insights into delightful and functional design solutions.
• Iterate and improve: Continuously refine UX based on analytics, A/B testing, and feedback loops.

Trách Nhiệm Chính

• Thiết kế trải nghiệm người dùng: Xây dựng luồng sử dụng, wireframe, mockup và prototype giúp người dùng dễ dàng hiểu và hành động dựa trên dữ liệu AI phức tạp.
• Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ quy trình thiết kế: Từ ý tưởng đến giao diện hoàn chỉnh, đảm bảo tính nhất quán và thân thiện trên web và di động.
• Phối hợp với kỹ sư: Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội frontend và backend để đảm bảo thiết kế được triển khai chính xác.
• Xây dựng nhận diện thương hiệu: Định hình ngôn ngữ thiết kế của Reasonary AI — bảng màu, phông chữ, thành phần và phong cách tương tác.
• Nghiên cứu người dùng: Hiểu hành vi và nhu cầu người dùng để thiết kế trải nghiệm phù hợp và hấp dẫn.
• Cải tiến liên tục: Cập nhật và tinh chỉnh UX dựa trên dữ liệu sử dụng, kiểm thử A/B và phản hồi người dùng



What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and visual craftsmanship.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Understanding of design systems, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and present design rationale clearly.
• Curiosity about AI, data visualization, and product behavior at scale.
