What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user flows for web and app products
Translate product requirements into wireframes, UI designs, and interaction states
Design reusable components and patterns using Figma and shared libraries
Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate based on user problems and business goals
Work closely with product analyst to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles.
Product & Team Collaboration
Participate in requirement discussions and design reviews
Ask the right questions when requirements are unclear
Adapt designs based on technical constraints and feedback
Help maintain consistency across products and brands
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or the equivalent combination of education, or work experience.
Hands-on experience with Figma (components, auto layout, variants)
Problem Solving: Can identify UX problems, ask the right questions, and propose practical solutions-not just visual changes.
User-First Thinking: Always considers the user experience-designs are clear, usable, and easy to understand, not confusing or over-designed.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-moving product team
Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver designs on time without constant follow-up.
Curiosity & Learning Mindset: Curious about users, products, and new ideas. Willing to learn, explore better ways of working, and improve continuously.
Interns or fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome
Nice to Have
Design system experience
Basic understanding of HTML / CSS (for better dev collaboration)
Interest in data, metrics, or product experimentation
