Develop and execute a comprehensive User Acquisition (UA) strategy, focusing on user growth and cost optimization aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Analyze and understand the product to build and implement UA campaigns across multiple channels: Google, Minter, Unity, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Conduct continuous A/B testing to optimize ads, creatives, store listing, and other factors to improve conversion rates.
Utilize tracking tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.) to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make timely adjustments to optimize CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
Manage and allocate UA budgets efficiently to achieve optimal ROI.
Provide periodic reports on UA campaign performance to management, suggesting improvements and growth opportunities.
Research the global app market on Google Play and App Store to understand the business environment and product potential, offering relevant recommendations to the Product team.
Directly recruit, train, lead, and develop the UA marketing team (3-5 members) to achieve set objectives, including skill development, performance management, and specialization training.
Act as a bridge between product, business, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, key clients, and other stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of experience in User Acquisition (UA) for mobile apps, preferably managing ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads with large budgets.
Strong analytical thinking and passion for data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and other data analysis tools to track and evaluate campaign performance.
Creativity and market trend awareness, with the ability to propose innovative UA ideas.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Project management and organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
Open-minded, harmonious, and collaborative team player.
Proficiency in English; candidates with IELTS 6.5+ are preferred.
Knowledge of the mobile game/app market and the latest UA trends.
