Training Analyst

Responsibilities

• Guide newcomers to understand our products, workflows, and systems, helping them get up to speed quickly and confidently.
• Partner with team leads and managers to ensure learning goals are clear and achievable.
• Ensure training materials remain accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product updates or process changes.
• Plan, implement, track & monitor internal learning strategies and programs.
• Evaluate the success of learning experiences and suggest ways to make them even better.
• Continuously improve how we teach, onboard, and empower our people.
