Technical Lead

Job Description

You’ll architect solutions, mentor a talented engineering team, and ensure our backend infrastructure supports rapid product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement highly scalable and maintainable backend systems.
• Lead backend engineering efforts, including design patterns, microservices, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide engineers in technical and career development.
• Drive technical decision-making and collaborate with product and design teams.
• Ensure code quality and system security across all backend services.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate relevant new technologies into the stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of backend/full-stack experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in Node.js, NestJS microservices, TypeScript, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
