Job description

The Role:

You’ll manage core recruitment activities for our Vietnam team and work closely with global stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical recruiting, learns fast, and wants to deepen their experience in a product-led SaaS environment.

You will support hiring across both technical and non-technical SaaS roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Data, and GTM to clarify role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Manage full-cycle hiring: sourcing → screening → coordinating interviews → offers → pre-onboarding.
  • Recruit for a variety of roles across a modern SaaS company, including:
  • Technical: Software Engineers, Data/AI roles, Product Managers, Designers
  • GTM: Customer Success, Solutions, Sales/BD, Implementation
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for both technical and SaaS roles.
  • Use ATS and automation tools to keep processes organized and efficient.
  • Track basic hiring metrics (pipeline stage, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness).
  • Support employer branding efforts through job postings, outreach messages, and candidate experience.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as contract prep or onboarding coordination when needed.


Must-Haves:

  • 3–4+ years of recruiting experience, with exposure to SaaS, product, or tech hiring.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing and screening candidates for Engineering, Data, or Product roles.
  • Familiarity with common SaaS roles (CSM, AE, Solutions, etc.) and an interest in growing this capability.
  • Fluent English and comfortable communicating with international teams.
  • Strong sourcing and coordination skills; able to manage multiple roles at once.
  • Experience using an ATS (Workable preferred) and basic recruiting tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude — you work well with people and enjoy solving problems.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience supporting HR operations (contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination).
  • Regional or international recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity with technical assessments or reviewing GitHub/portfolios.
