Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across all departments and markets
  • Build a proactive talent pipeline - not just reactive job filling
  • Define and enforce hiring standards across all roles and levels
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and success profiles
  • Design and improve the interview and assessment process
  • Reduce time-to-hire without compromising quality
  • Build the employer brand - make us a destination for top talent
  • Own recruitment data - pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance
  • Lead and develop the recruitment team
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact to offer

Requirements

  • 7+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Has built or scaled a recruitment function, not just managed it
  • Strong track record hiring for technical and product roles
  • Data-driven - uses metrics to improve process and forecast needs
  • Fast mover - can close strong candidates before they go elsewhere
  • High standards - knows the difference between filling a seat and hiring the right person
