Senior Web3 Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Product Designer with expertise in Web3 technologies to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric designs that push the boundaries of blockchain and decentralized applications.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Design Development: Lead the design process from ideation to execution for Web3 projects, ensuring the creation of compelling and seamless user experiences.

●      User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our target audience, using insights to inform design decisions.

●      Prototyping and Testing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct usability testing to iterate and improve design solutions.

●      Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

●      Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.

●      Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Web3, blockchain, and decentralized applications.

Qualifications:

●      Experience: Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably within the Web3 or blockchain industry.

●      Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

●      Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Web3 technologies, blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.

●      Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly those involving complex systems and user flows.

●      Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with a remote team.

●      Language: Proficiency in English. Vietnamese language skills are a plus but not required.

●      Location: While this is a remote position, preference will be given to candidates based in Vietnam due to the nature of our collaborative efforts.
