Job description

Pre-PMF operator (Meta + UAC + ROAS networks). Monetization-aware (Subs + Ads). AI-first execution required.

Location: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City (onsite).


Role objective

Own paid growth end-to-end. Turn spend into learning, and learning into weekly decisions that improve cohort quality and revenue signal. 

Pre-PMF (now): execute daily, optimize to in-app events, run a tight scale / iterate

/ kill cadence.


Monetization model - how UA plans

- Subscription + Ads. Drive early monetization signals without harming habit and retention.

- Optimize on an event ladder (activation depth + ad revenue + subscription intent), not install only.

- Set guardrails (R1/R7, lesson completion) to prevent low-quality volume and overpromising.

- Partner with Product to ensure Ad -> Store -> First Session promise match.


Who you will work with

- CEO/COO: growth goals, budget guardrails, weekly decisions.

- Product + Learning: activation depth, lesson flow, retention loops, monetization placement/timing.

- Data/Analytics + Engineering: event taxonomy, attribution integrity, dashboards, experimentation support.

- Creative/Design + Content: concept pipeline, iteration cadence, fatigue management.


Responsibilities (current scope)

- Run UA daily: Meta (FB/IG), Google App Campaigns; budgets, pacing, learning stability.

- Architecture: avoid fragmentation; segment only when justified (geo/audience/event ladder).

- Creative machine: weekly concepts + hook variants; iterate with clear rules (change one variable at a time).

- Measurement + cadence: naming taxonomy + reconciliation (network vs MMP vs analytics); weekly memo + decisions.


Future scope (post-PMF)

- Hire and build a world-class UA + Growth team; bar-raising standards, training, and performance systems.

- Scale budgets with guardrails (ROAS + retention); expand channels/geos/partners; mature the growth operating system.


Requirements (must-haves)

- 5-8+ years mobile UA with proven spend ownership and outcome accountability.

- Strong in Meta + Google App Campaigns (AEO / tCPA); comfortable with ROAS networks.

- Cohort-first operator: diagnose CPI vs CVR vs quality; understands retention + monetization tradeoffs.

- Market research: audience + competitor benchmarking; creative intelligence; turn insights into UA hypotheses.

- Tooling: AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch + Mixpanel/Firebase/GA4; disciplined taxonomy + reconciliation.

- Clear communicator; fast execution under ambiguity; strong cross-functional collaboration.


AI-first (mandatory)

Must demonstrate repeatable AI workflows that increase speed and decision quality across Creative (angleresearch, scripts, variants, briefs), Analysis (AI-assisted SQL/Python, anomaly checks, insight writeups), and Ops (reporting automation, launch QA, naming checks, learning repository).
