Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, engineers, designers, the growth team, and the art team to define and deliver user experience solutions. Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive designs that align with product goals.
Brand & Design System Leadership: Establish, drive, and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, style guides, and mood boards to ensure a consistent and distinctive look and feel across all breakthrough products.
UI Asset Creation: Design and refine intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging interface elements (e.g., menus, buttons, icons, animations) that enhance usability and align with brand standards.
Data-Driven Design & Quality Assurance: Integrate user feedback and performance analytics into the design process. Ensure all design solutions are not only innovative but also accessible and measurable against established success criteria.
User Research & Testing: Plan and conduct user research and usability testing. Analyze feedback to iteratively improve UI/UX designs and ensure they meet real user needs.
Trend Monitoring & Insight Sharing: Stay current on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices—especially within the Web3 space—and proactively share insights and actionable recommendations with the team.
Team & Resource Management: Lead the UI team by managing task allocation, setting priorities, and mentoring team members. Oversee the engagement and performance of freelancers and external partners to ensure high-quality design deliverables.
