Seeking for Senior QA Analyst with a strong customer-oriented focus to oversee and elevate the quality assurance of our software solutions. This role will involve close collaboration with customers, understanding their requirements, developing high-quality test cases, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that our products meet and exceed their expectations.
• Write and maintain high-quality, detailed test cases that align closely with customer needs and business requirements.
• Work directly with customers to understand their testing requirements, providing clear, reliable communication throughout the testing process.
• Guide and assist customers during UAT, ensuring smooth execution and providing expert support to address any questions or issues.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and project teams to align on requirements and quality standards.
• Analyze and report defects and track the resolution of bugs, ensuring timely delivery of testing reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead role and experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong proficiency in QA tools and test case management, with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, thorough test cases tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Experience in Agile environments with a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
