Overall Job Responsibilities 

We are seeking a Senior Planning Specialist with strong strategic thinking and excellent analytical capabilities to support the Management Board in business planning and performance monitoring. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that business plans are effectively executed and aligned with long-term growth objectives.

Key Job Duties

• Develop short-term, mid- term, and long-term business plans aligned with company strategy. 
• Analyze financial data, revenue, cost structures, and operational KPIs to propose optimization solutions. 
• Monitor plan execution and prepare regular performance reports for management. 
• Assist in preparing budgets and tracking expenses 
• Work with other departments to gather information and align plans 
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities. 
• Suggest improvements in planning and reporting processes 
• Identify and report risks or issues that may affect planning 

Educational requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields 

Required skills, experience, and attribute 

- Skills: Planning, reporting, analysis, MS Office

- Experience: 2–3 years in planning, finance, or data analysis 

- Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative 

Physical demands/Working environment (if any) 

- High-pressure; requires focus and adaptability. 

- Experience working in a Korean company

- Understanding of the healthcare industry
