Overall Job Responsibilities 

We are seeking a Native-level Korean Interpreter to support the Leadership Team and international collaboration activities. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between Korean executives and the Vietnam-based team, ensuring accurate, professional, and effective communication.

Key Job Duties

• Provide on- site and online interpretation (consecutive/simultaneous) for management meetings, partner discussions, workshops, and training sessions. 
• Translate professional documents, contracts, reports, correspondence, and internal materials between Korean and Vietnamese/English. 
• Support daily communication between senior management, Korean experts, and relevant departments. 
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and consistency in all interpretation and translation activities. 
• Prepare terminology, materials, and context prior to meetings and key events. 
• Support external relations, administrative tasks, or projects as assigned. 
• Advise on cultural differences and appropriate communication in a multicultural working environment. 

Educational requirements 

- Bachelor’s degree in Korean Studies, Healthcare, or related fields 

- Proficiency in Korean language (native level)

Required skills, experience, and attribute 

- Skills: Korean translation & interpretation, communication, office tools, coordination

- Experience: 5 years in translation, administration, or lab support preferred  

- Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, service-minded, cross-cultural understanding 

Physical demands/Working environment (if any) 

- High-pressure; requires focus and adaptability. 

- Experience working in a Korean company

- Understanding of the healthcare industry
