Job description

Responsibilities

  • Direct and support client studios through the complete lifecycle of SDK integrations across Unity, native iOS, and native Android platforms—from project kickoff to final testing and live deployment.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve complex technical roadblocks, including SDK crashes, initialization errors, mediation adapter conflicts, and data inconsistencies between internal and external mediation dashboards.
  • Recreate client-reported bugs within test environments to pinpoint root causes, and document precise technical insights to facilitate escalation to the engineering team.
  • Monitor and evaluate ad performance data to ensure successful integration and investigate any unusual fluctuations in revenue or metrics.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for international clients via video calls, direct messaging, and documentation. Serve as the dedicated technical liaison for studios based in Vietnam.
  • Develop and refine internal tools, standard operating procedures (runbooks), and integration guides to accelerate and streamline future client onboardings.
  • Pre-Sales Technical Support: Collaborate with the sales team to conduct technical feasibility studies and evaluations for prospective partners, with a strong emphasis on the Vietnamese market.

Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional background in mobile development, SDK technical support, or solutions/integration engineering.
  • Practical, hands-on experience developing with Unity (C#), native iOS (Swift/Objective-C), and native Android (Kotlin/Java).
  • Deep understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle and the architecture of integrating third-party SDKs into game builds.
  • Familiarity with mobile advertising ecosystems, including ad mediation platforms (e.g., AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay), in-app bidding, waterfalls, floor pricing strategies, and core performance KPIs.
  • Highly skilled in technical troubleshooting, with the ability to confidently navigate device logs, crash reports, and network inspection tools.
  • Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent written and spoken English
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and dependable in a 100% remote environment, collaborating effectively with a globally distributed team.
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule that frequently includes early-evening work (Vietnam time) to overlap with clients and colleagues in other time zones — typically not late-night.

Nice-to-Have

  • Data literacy: able to understand data structures and follow the logic of performance data well enough to support investigations
  • Previous experience at an ad network, mediation platform, or game studio monetization team.
  • Proven track record of running and analyzing ad monetization A/B tests (e.g., optimizing waterfalls, testing floor prices, comparing networks) and interpreting their impact on revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with project management software, ticketing systems, and direct client communication platforms.
