Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, refine, and implement solutions for complex business requirements.
• Develop new features and maintain existing functionality following project specifications.
• Translate business needs into well-structured system models across various domains.
• Build high-quality web applications that are secure, scalable, maintainable, and performant.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team, Project Manager and Customers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with team members, striving to learn and gain broader technical understanding.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.
• Provide mentorship and guidance for more junior members.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Hands-on experience with Java (Core Java and Spring Boot).
• Proficient with API design, system design, software architecture.
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Proficient with PostgreSQL/ MySQL/Oracle database.
• Familiarity with NoSQL technologies.
• Experienced with microservices architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experienced with DevOps, AWS infrastructure, and Kubernetes.
• Prior experience with financial systems or related projects is a big plus.
