Frontend Leadership
• Architect, build, and maintain the Unbound Central customer portal using modern frameworks (React/Next.js preferred).
• Implement intuitive, scalable UX for complex flows, including:
o Guided offer configuration and CPQ-like workflows
o Subscription and billing management screens
o Multi-tenant admin dashboards
o Fulfillment and provisioning views
o Customer onboarding and SSO/MFA flows
• Develop reusable UI component libraries and enforce consistent design patterns.
Full-Stack Development
• Build API integrations with backend services and third-party systems.
• Contribute to backend logic when needed (Node.js, Python, or equivalent).
• Implement secure role-based user experiences based on customer persona models.
Quality, Performance & Security
• Ensure highly responsive UI performance for large data sets.
• Integrate with identity providers (Azure AD, Auth0, Okta, Cognito).
• Implement front-end observability, logging, and error tracking.
Collaboration
• Work closely with the backend engineer to define API contracts.
• Partner with Product Management to translate requirements into intuitive workflows.
• Influence architectural decisions across the platform.
• 6+ years building modern web applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience designing and shipping complex SaaS portals.
• Familiarity with backend services, REST APIs, and data modeling basics.
• Experience with identity and authentication frameworks (OAuth2, OIDC, MFA).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Ability to work independently and make architectural decisions.
• Experience with CPQ, subscription management, or billing workflows.
• Experience designing multi-tenant portals.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems.
• Experience in telecom, networking, cloud infrastructure, or related domains.
