Senior Full-Stack / Web3 Developer

Role Overview

• As a Senior Developer you will play a hands-on, high-impact engineering role
• Contribute directly to the design, development, and delivery of Web3 and AI-powered systems
• Work across the full stack (frontend → backend → blockchain)
• Collaborate with architects, product leads, and clients
• Deliver robust, production-grade solutions
• Suitable for engineers with strong fundamentals + Web3 & cloud expertise

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
• Build responsive, high-performance UIs (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular)
• Develop backend services, APIs, microservices (Node.js, Python, Go)
• Ensure clean architecture, modularity, maintainability

2. Blockchain & Smart Contract Development

• Design, develop, deploy smart contracts (Solidity, Rust)
• Work with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)
• Integrate L1/L2 ecosystems (EVM chains, rollups, ZK systems)
• Ensure security, gas optimization, audit readiness

3. System Integration & API Development

• Build & integrate REST/GraphQL APIs
• Work with wallet integrations & custody solutions
• Handle blockchain data indexing
• Implement event-driven & webhook systems

4. Cloud & Infrastructure

• Deploy & manage applications on AWS
• Work with containerization & CI/CD pipelines
• Build scalable cloud architectures
• Optimize performance, reliability, cost

5. Database & Data Layer Engineering

• Design & manage SQL / NoSQL data models
• Ensure data consistency & scalability
• Optimize queries & indexing strategies

6. Code Quality, Security & Performance

• Write clean, well-tested production code
• Participate in code reviews
• Ensure security across API, cloud, blockchain layers
• Optimize performance across all layers

7. Collaboration & Technical Contribution

• Work with PMs, designers, architects
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to architecture decisions
• Mentor junior developers

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• 8+ years software engineering (strong full-stack)
• Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, Angular
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Go
• Databases: SQL & NoSQL
• Cloud: AWS
• Blockchain:
• Smart contracts (Solidity, Rust)
• Token standards & on-chain design
• Understanding L1/L2, consensus, ZK rollups
• Experience building scalable production systems

Engineering Skills

• Strong system design & distributed architecture knowledge
• Debug across full stack (frontend → backend → blockchain)
• Experience with Agile
• High attention to detail & performance

Bonus Skills

• Experience with DeFi / tokenization / fintech
• Familiarity with AI (LLMs, vector DB, agents)
• Security knowledge (smart contract audits, key management)
• Experience in Web3 agency / startup
