Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Al-Native)

What You'll Do

• Architect & Build: Contribute to the design and development of custom Al systems, from initial technical specifications through to production deployment. 
• Solve Client Problems: Work closely with our internal team and clients to understand business 
• requirements, translate them into a technical roadmap, and help execute the development plan. 
• Shape Our Practice: Contribute to our internal frameworks, toolkits, and best-practice playbooks to improve the efficiency and quality of our project delivery. 
• Harden Al Prototypes: Turn quick demos into rock-solid, production-ready services-containerized, fully tested, observable, secure, and built to scale.

What We're Looking For 

1. Professional Background & Education 

• Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience following a bachelor's degree. 
• Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum). 
• Ideal: Degree completed in a country outside of their country of origin. 
• Bonus: A Master's degree (completed or in progress). 
• Communication: Fluent English speaking and writing skills for client-facing work. 
• Ownership: Proven track record of owning projects for 1+ years through the full lifecycle (requirements to handoff). 

2. Al Integration & Workflow 

Required Tooling: Daily use of Claude Code or Codex as primary development assistants. 

• Industry Knowledge: Proactively stays up to date with the latest Al models, tools, and industry developments. 
• Practical Application: Uses Al as a core engine for development, documentation, and brainstorming (e.g., using Claude Cowork, Vercel Agent Browser, Ralph framework, and tools from the OpenAl and Anthropic plugin marketplaces) to treat the LLM as an extension of their own thinking. 

3. Technical Requirements 

We are looking for strong fullstack developers who have a deep interest in Generative Al. 

• Backend: Proficiency in Python with a focus on FastAPI. 
• Frontend: Expert knowledge of React and Next.js. 
• UI Libraries: Familiarity with shadcn and Vercel Al Elements UI libraries. 
• LLM Integration & Optimization: Experience implementing LLM features (Gemini, GPT, Claude) into traditional applications and workflows, going beyond basic chatbot interfaces. 
• Experience building Al feedback loops to iteratively improve model output based on real-world usage. 
• Proven ability to perform rigorous prompt tuning for production features. 
• Evaluation Frameworks: Experience building and maintaining evaluation frameworks to track model improvement or degradation over time as application logic, models, and prompts change. 
• Al Agent Frameworks & Tooling: 
• Required: Familiarity with LangGraph / LangChain. 
• Required: At least one of OpenAl Agents SDK or Claude Code Agents SDK. Bonus: Vercel AI SDK 
• Ideal: Experience with RAG pipelines, building MCP servers, or creating custom tools for agents. 
• Databases (Required): Must have proficiency in at least one Relational/SQL database (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or MySQL) and at least one NoSQL database (Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, or Firebase). 

4. Infrastructure & Deployment 

• Architecture: Strong experience with Docker and microservice architecture. 
• CI/CD & Cloud Providers (Candidates should have experience with a strong subset of the following): 
• Azure: Container Apps, Pipelines, Function Apps, Al Foundry. 
• GCP: Cloud Run, Cloud Build, and Vertex Al. 
• AWS: Lambda, S3, ECS, and Bedrock. 
• Platforms: Vercel and Supabase. 
• Automation: GitHub Actions. 
• Bonus: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). 

5. System Design & Production Hardening 

Experience building robust, observable, and secure production-grade systems, including: 

• Observability: Implementing usage telemetry, structured logging, and centralized cloud logging.
• Incident Management: Setting up bug report alerting, triaging workflows, and CI/CD integrations (e.g., automated notifications via Slack). 
• Security & Operations: Proficiency in secret management, secure coding practices, and managing database schema migrations. 

6. Product & Project Ownership 

• 0-to-1 Execution: Ability to take a project from a vague idea to rapid prototype, to production-ready service. 
• Proactive Management: Provides consistent updates on progress, maintains an immediate roadmap, and identifies potential technical or product tradeoffs early. 
• Communication & Documentation: Capable of creating clear documentation and explaining complex technical concepts in a way that is digestible for both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Decision Making: Strong product thinking; able to prioritize features based on business value and ask the right questions to resolve ambiguity or clarify requirements.
