Senior Creative Developer (Frontend)

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Developer (Frontend)—someone who lives at the intersection of design and code. You care deeply about every pixel, every interaction, every transition. You don’t just build interfaces—you craft experiences that move.

As a specialist in Next.js and modern animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, three.js), you’ll lead the frontend of a product that defines a new consumer category. You’ll create fluid, responsive layouts, rich motion, and a UI that feels as good as it looks.

Your mission: Build a frontend that performs like Next.js and feels like Apple or Airbnb.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 5+ years of professional experience in frontend creative development

· Expert in Next.js and TypeScript

· Deep experience with animation libraries such as

o Framer Motion,

o GSAP, or

o three.js

· Strong command of Tailwind CSS for building modern, maintainable interfaces

· Track record of delivering high-quality, responsive websites with:

o Pixel-perfect implementation from Figma mockups

o Smooth, detail-driven UI animations

o Cross-browser consistency

o Optimized performance (Core Web Vitals)

o SEO best practices

· Sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of visual design

Additional Requirements

· Excellent English communication skills; able to collaborate closely with stakeholders and designers to bring their vision to life

· Strong portfolio of highly interactive, animation-rich marketing websites using the mentioned libraries

 Responsibilities

· Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to implement complex animations and interactive UIs that clearly convey product value and drive purchases

· Build and maintain high-performance, reusable components using Next.js and Tailwind CSS

· Deliver pixel-perfect implementations of UI designs and animations

· Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

· Optimize for SEO, speed, and scalability
