Responsibilities

  • Run the daily DX operating routine and keep recurring checks on track
  • Monitor newly available content, provider updates, content sync status, and other market-facing changes that need DX attention
  • Track missing content, portfolio gaps, recurring issues, and follow-up items until they are visible and actionable
  • Prepare clean inputs for recurring DX reviews such as content rankings, provider rankings, portfolio readiness, and market-facing gaps
  • Support content and site readiness checks before launch or release
  • Work with QA in necessary test rounds to help ensure content and site stability before going live
  • Support checks on content performance issues such as lag, loading problems, broken flows, or visible market-facing defects
  • Support market research and competitor scouting to help the team understand market changes, competitor moves, and content gaps
  • Connect signals, question inconsistencies, and surface practical recommendations where needed
  • Coordinate with Market VAs, QA, and relevant teams to make sure important checks, risks, and pending actions are not missed
  • Escalate blockers, repeated problems, and operational risks early

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, QA operations, content operations, or a similar execution-focused role
  • Strong ownership and ability to keep recurring work on track
  • Good market awareness and sensitivity to differences across markets
  • Critical and analytical thinking, with the ability to question assumptions and spot useful patterns
  • Clear communication and good cross-team coordination
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Good written and spoken English

  • Daily DX operations run consistently and reliably
  • Content, provider, and sync-related updates are tracked clearly
  • Market research and competitor scouting provide useful operational visibility
  • Gaps, missing content, lag issues, and recurring problems are surfaced early
  • QA and execution teams have better visibility on what needs checking before go-live
  • DX trackers and follow-up logs stay clean and useful
  • The DX team has clearer control of day-to-day operational work and launch readiness
