Job Description:
Identify and develop new clients; explore new business opportunities with European and American customers (software, IT solutions).
Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients; maintain relationships with existing company clients.
Prepare and send quotations; conduct telesales; understand customer needs; prepare and follow up on contracts.
Participate in events and seminars related to product promotion and sales.
Provide regular reports and perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
Proficient in English communication; strong reading and writing skills.
1-2 years of experience in IT sales (software outsourcing) in the English-speaking market; candidates with more experience are preferred.
Experience in the Singapore market is advantageous.
Friendly, energetic, proactive, and creative with a quick-thinking mindset.
Strong communication skills; confident with presentation and negotiation abilities; self-motivated in learning.
