Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new clients; explore new business opportunities with European and American customers (software, IT solutions).
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients; maintain relationships with existing company clients.
  • Prepare and send quotations; conduct telesales; understand customer needs; prepare and follow up on contracts.
  • Participate in events and seminars related to product promotion and sales.
  • Provide regular reports and perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in English communication; strong reading and writing skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT sales (software outsourcing) in the English-speaking market; candidates with more experience are preferred.
  • Experience in the Singapore market is advantageous.
  • Friendly, energetic, proactive, and creative with a quick-thinking mindset.
  • Strong communication skills; confident with presentation and negotiation abilities; self-motivated in learning.
