About Us

We are a fast-expanding company operating in the medical laboratory testing sector. We work closely with leading hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners to provide high-quality diagnostic solutions that deliver real and lasting value to community health and well-being. 


Overall Job Responsibilities 

Manage and expand the client portfolio, develop tailored solutions, achieve sales targets, and build long-term business relationships 


Key Job Duties 

Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners to promote our laboratory testing services. 

Develop and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets 

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets 

Negotiate terms and close deals with clients 

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies 

Collaborate with internal teams on special projects as needed 

Prepare client reports and sales forecasts for management 


Educational requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields 


Required skills, experience, and attribute 

- Skills: Account management, negotiation, communication, sales planning, reporting 

- Experience: 2–4 years in B2B/B2C sales or account management 

- Attributes: Client-oriented, results-driven, proactive, professional, adaptable


Physical demands/Working environment (if any) 

- High-pressure; requires focus and adaptability. 

- Experience working in a Korean company

- Understanding of the healthcare industry
