1. Develop Market Expansion Strategies:

  • Create business strategies to expand and cover the market.
  • Build a team to execute strategies and plans.
  • Actively engage with and build relationships with clients to introduce and promote the company’s products/services.
  • Convince clients to use the products/services and build trust in the company.
  • Continuously interact with clients to understand their needs and receive new requests.
  • Establish trust and close relationships, serving as a bridge between clients and the company.
  • Improve sales and customer service processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Participate in developing and operating sales, payment, and customer care processes.
  • Propose process improvements to optimize service delivery time for clients.

2. Enhance Company Image and Brand Visibility:

  • Participate in developing and positioning the company’s image and brand.
  • Create strategies to promote the company’s image and increase brand visibility.
  • Implement marketing activities to enhance branding and support business operations.

3. Reporting and Additional Tasks:

  • Perform reporting activities and other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated from universities specializing in Economics/Foreign Trade/Foreign Languages, etc.
  • Proficient in Korean communication
  • Topik 5 or 6
  • Preference for Vietnamese candidates residing in Korea.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales within the IT market and experience managing a team of 3-5 members.
  • Dynamic, articulate, and sociable.
  • Creative, with many ideas, quick thinking, and proactive in work.
  • Preference for candidates with experience working in IT companies
