• Daily maintenance and optimization of the candidate database through direct contact with candidates on the Getlinks platform.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine requirements for open positions.
• Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up as needed.
• Search resume databases and portfolio sites for potential candidates.
• Understand candidates' career expectations and shortlist them for jobs.
• Create candidate profiles and advertise open positions to external networks.
• Maintain organized databases with candidate information and keep in touch with past applicants.
• Use LinkedIn to find qualified candidates for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by senior team members.
• Training on recruitment processes and basic industry knowledge, particularly in IT.
• Exposure to the start-up ecosystem and participation in community activities.
• Work in an international team with operations in five Asian countries.
