QA Lead

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA operations, resource planning, and task allocation across the team
• Lead test planning, strategy, and execution across multiple projects
• Mentor and upskill junior and senior QA members
• Maintain and continuously improve QA processes, documentation, and best practices
• Proactively identify quality risks and drive resolution across teams
• Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead or contribute to automation testing efforts (nice to have)

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience with strong hands-on expertise (functional, regression, integration, API, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and organize a team effectively
• Strong test planning and strategy skills — from scope definition to sign-off
• Excellent organizational skills — managing multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ball
• Strong critical thinking and analytical mindset
• Good English — fluent written and spoken communication
• High ownership and accountability — for your work and your team's outcomes
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Ability to keep the team focused and positive under pressure
• Automation experience (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar) is a plus
