About the Role

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, stability, and reliability of the company's on-chain data products. You will design and execute test strategies that cover both functional and technical aspects, working closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and user-ready data services for the Web3 ecosystem.


Working location: Hybrid (Hanoi Office)


Your Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis & Risk Assessment

● Review product requirements and design specifications.

● Identify potential failure points, edge cases, and quality risks.

2. Test Planning & Design

● Develop and maintain checklists, test cases, and test scenarios.

● Define test coverage and scope (manual, automation, performance, security, etc.).

3. Test Execution

● Perform manual and automated tests depending on project scope.

● Document defects clearly, prioritize based on severity, and validate fixes.

4. Defect Reporting & Tracking

● Log issues using Jira or equivalent tracking tools.

● Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution and retesting.

5. Overall Quality Assurance

● Assess system stability, scalability, and performance.

● Verify that the product meets functional requirements, user expectations, and internal quality standards.

6. Analysis & Release Evaluation

● Provide final quality assessment and recommendations on whether features are production-ready.


Requirements

Must-have

1. Experience:

● Minimum 2-4 years of QA experience in fintech, trading, or high-performance data

systems (realtime, API-driven, or transactional platforms).

● Hands-on expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management.

2. Blockchain & Crypto Fundamentals:

● Understanding of blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana, BSC, or equivalent).

● Knowledge of crypto wallets (MetaMask, Phantom, Trust Wallet) and wallet integration.

● Familiarity with on-chain transactions: transaction lifecycle, gas fees, mempool, and

explorers (Etherscan, Solscan).

3. Core QA Skills:

● Writing and executing test plans, cases, and scenarios.

● Manual testing and result analysis.

● API and WebSocket testing for real-time crypto applications.

Proficient with SQL and complexity Query

4. Tools:

● Proficiency in Postman, able to use JMeter, or K6.

● Use of blockchain explorers (Etherscan, Solscan, BscScan).

● Wallet integration testing with MetaMask, Phantom, WalletConnect, etc.

● Bug tracking/project management via Jira, Linear, or Trello.


Nice-to-have

● ≥ 2 year direct QA experience on Web3/crypto products.

● Strong analytical and risk assessment mindset.

● Meticulous attention to detail — critical in crypto QA.

● Awareness of Web3/DeFi/NFT/L2 ecosystem trends.

● Adaptability and continuous learning in emerging technologies..

● Monitoring with trillions of records and many different types of specialized data.

● Experience in Data Blockchain products.
