Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Business Analyst to join our fast-paced team. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between user needs, business goals, and product development. You'll be responsible for translating user insights into delightful and impactful product experiences, while keeping a finger on the pulse of the dynamic crypto and data visualization trends.

Your Responsibilities

1. User-Centric Product Development

● Research market trends and user demands to generate innovative and timely product

ideas.

● Collaborate with engineers to translate user needs and business objectives into engaging and effective product experiences.

● Conduct user research, analyze data, and iterate on designs to ensure optimal user

experience and product usability.

● Design high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for new features and functionalities across web and mobile platforms.

2. Seamless Design & Development Collaboration

● Design high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for new features and functionalities acrossall platforms (web and mobile).

● Work closely with UI designers to translate wireframes into visually stunning and

consistent user interfaces.

● Collaborate with engineers and testers throughout the development process to ensure

seamless integration and functionality.

● Partner with designers and the tech team during the product development phase,

ensuring product acceptance and smooth release.

● Monitor the results of the products after launching, receive user feedback, and actively

maintain the products during their life cycle.

3. Crypto Expertise & Financial Savvy

● Experience in the crypto field is highly valued.

● Familiar with financial analytical concepts and their application in the crypto space.

We're Looking For Someone With:

● Minimum 02 years of experience as a Product Business Analyst/ Product manager or

similar role.

● Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data from various sources.

● Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within teams.

● Proficient in product management tools (Trello, JIRA, Confluence, etc.) and data

visualization platforms.

Bonus points if you:

● Experience working with Agile development methodologies.

● Understanding of user-centered design principles.

● Experience in using AI-powered tools to streamline your workflow and enhance your

capabilities
