● 3–5 years of proven experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
● Strong understanding of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing and the ability to effectively integrate it into paid media strategies.
● Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
● Familiarity with key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
● Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns focused on both short-term performance and long-term brand growth.
● Up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across digital marketing platforms.
● Experience in or interest in the gaming industry is a strong plus.
● Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are a must, as this role involves frequent collaboration and reporting.
● Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta ,Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
● Align paid media efforts with KOL marketing campaigns to maximize impact and efficiency.
● Develop and execute growth-focused strategies that combine paid, KOL, and organic marketing efforts.
● Take ownership of budget planning and allocation, ensuring optimal ROI across channels.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide actionable insights and implement data-driven optimizations.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with the growth, creative, and product teams to align on messaging, targeting, and campaign goals.
● Continuously test new platforms, formats, and creatives to improve campaign performance.
● Prepare clear and concise performance reports for management, outlining key results, learnings, and recommended next steps.
