Employment type: Full-time
Job level: Mid-level

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners (IBs, associates).
  • Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard new partners in target markets.
  • Market Expansion: Conduct research and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Handle partner inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve requests.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze partner activity, prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
  • Business Travel: Frequent travel to regional markets to support partner growth (all travel expenses covered).
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to BD processes and partner engagement strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Strong command of English (verbal & written)
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or real estate is a plus
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, able to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Organized, analytical and proactive in execution
