Market Expansion
Responsibilities:
Partner Portfolio Management
: Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners (IBs, associates).
Partner Acquisition
: Identify and onboard new partners in target markets.
Market Expansion
: Conduct research and support go-to-market strategies.
Cross-functional Coordination
: Handle partner inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve requests.
Performance Tracking
: Analyze partner activity, prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
Business Travel
: Frequent travel to regional markets to support partner growth (all travel expenses covered).
Team Collaboration
: Contribute to team alignment and knowledge sharing.
Process Improvement
: Suggest enhancements to BD processes and partner engagement strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum
2 years of experience
in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
Strong command of English (verbal & written)
Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills
Experience in
financial services, insurance, or real estate
is a plus
Self-driven, goal-oriented, able to thrive in dynamic environments
Organized, analytical and proactive in execution
