What You’ll Do

● Analyze technical, market, and governance trends in Ethereum Layer 2 ecosystems (ZK-Rollups, Optimistic Rollups, DA layers, etc.)

● Research and benchmark tokenomics structures of leading L2 protocols and DAOs

● Audit and critically assess Tokamak Network’s current token economy

● Design revised token distribution, incentive, and staking mechanisms based on latest best practices

● Model various token economic scenarios and simulate long-term sustainability

● Collaborate with internal teams (product, research, governance) and external

advisors to finalize token redesign proposals

Bonus Points

● Prior experience working on L2 projects, DAOs, or rollup infrastructure

● Familiarity with smart contract development (Solidity)

● Publications or contributions to tokenomics-related research
