IT SALES MANAGER (JAPANESE)

Japan Market Development:

• Participate in the creation and execution of business strategies targeting Japanese clients.
• Work directly with Japanese partners to understand their needs and propose suitable technology solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Japanese clients and partners.

Support for Sales & Marketing Teams:

• Serve as a technology advisor, assisting the sales team in developing solutions tailored to Japanese clients’ needs.
• Join presentations to showcase technology solutions to Japanese clients.
• Collaborate with the business department to optimize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Technology Team Management:

• Lead, recruit, and develop the technical team.
• Ensure product/service quality and adherence to international standards, particularly for Japanese clients.

Requirements:

Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in the technology sector, with a minimum of 3–5 years in senior management roles.
• Experience working in the Japanese market and a solid understanding of Japanese business culture.
• In-depth knowledge of technology, including software development, infrastructure, and security.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and conversational English.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills for Japanese clients.
• Strategic planning and practical implementation abilities.
