Job description


JOB DUTIES


Main Responsibility

1. IT Infrastructure Management (Mainly Focus)

●        Oversee the entire IT infrastructure in Vietnam (servers, networks, devices, cloud/SaaS services).

●        Ensure stable, secure, and flexible operations across all internal departments.

●        Lead regular IT system audits to assess security levels and ensure ISMS compliance.

●        Develop and implement security enhancement measures aligned with best practices.

●        Coordinate with Alten Group or internal compliance teams to meet global information security standards.


1. IS&T Team Leadership & HR Management

●        Define the IS&T department structure, delegate responsibilities, and manage team performance.

●        Lead multi-functional and cross-border projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

●        Attract, retain, and develop IS&T talent through training programs and career path planning.

●        Motivate the team and foster a culture of transformation and innovation.


2. Operational Optimization & Emerging Technology

●        Support departments in applying automation, data analytics, and AI to improve operational effectiveness.

●        Stay current with technology trends, evaluate applicability, and propose innovations aligned with business strategy.

1.  Digital Transformation & Internal Platform Development

 

●        Lead digital transformation initiatives with a focus on building and integrating platforms for internal operations, management, and data (IDX).

●        Select, integrate, and customize external technology solutions; coordinate the development of in-house platforms tailored to local operations.

Supervise IT architecture to ensure alignment, scalability, and long-term operational efficiency.


2.  IS&T Project Management

●        Guarantee proper integration of new systems into the overall IT landscape and oversee smooth handover to operations.

●        Ensure scope, timeline, and budget adherence throughout project lifecycles.

●        Lead decommissioning of legacy systems to minimize cost and complexity.

3.  Technology Portfolio & Vendor Management

●        Collaborate with business units to lead procurement processes, including RFPs and vendor selection.

●        Manage contracts and monitor service quality and performance of external technology providers.

●        Ensure effective integration and deployment in alignment with implementation plans.

●        Oversee the IT asset lifecycle and establish sustainable technology asset management practices.

●        Work with suppliers to uphold environmental commitments within IS&T operations..


JOB REQUIREMENTS

●        Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, 2 years in Manager, preferably in more than 1000 enterprises.

●        Hands-on experience in conducting system audits, ISMS implementation, and internal security enhancements.

●        Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written) in a professional environment.

●        Strong problem-solving and system-level thinking skills.

●        Solid budgeting and project planning capabilities.
