Overall Job Responsibilities 

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong track record in implementing and operating LIS (Laboratory Information System), HIS (Hospital Information System), and ERP systems within a healthcare environment. This role plays a critical part in building, managing, and optimizing IT systems to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations.


Key Job Duties

  • Manage and maintain LIS, HIS, and ERP systems to ensure stable and efficient operations. 
  • Plan, implement, and supervise IT projects related to system integration and upgrades. 
  • Collaborate with cross- functional teams to optimize workflows through technology solutions. 
  • Lead and manage the IT team to ensure high performance and productivity. 
  • Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance with healthcare regulations. 
  • Manage IT budget and maintain hardware/software assets 
  • Work closely with vendors, technology partners, and headquarters on system implementation projects. 
  • Handle IT risks and major incidents quickly and effectively 


Educational requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields 


Required skills, experience, and attribute 

- Skills: Networking, system administration, IT support, leadership, communication

- Experience: 5+ years in IT, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role 

- Attributes: Responsible, problem-solving, proactive, reliable, adaptable 


Physical demands/Working environment (if any) 

- High-pressure; requires focus and adaptability. 

- Experience working in a Korean company

- Understanding of the healthcare industry
