Overall Job Responsibilities 

This role oversees all HR and General Procurement functions, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and team building to support company growth. 


Key Job Duties 

Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion plans. 

Lead recruitment for key positions across departments (Sales, IT, Planning, Interpreter, etc.). 

Establish HR policies, performance management systems, and KPI frameworks. 

Oversee labor relations, contracts, compensation, and benefits. 

Oversee office operations, facilities, and administrative services 

Manage procurement of equipment, materials, and operational services. 

Negotiate with vendors and control procurement costs, Establish transparent and efficient procurement procedures. 

Lead and develop HR & admin staff 


Educational requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields 


Required skills, experience, and attribute 

- Skills: HR management, labor law, communication, leadership

- Experience: 7–10 years in HR & admin, at least 3 years in management role 

- Attributes: Professional, reliable, people-oriented, proactive 


Physical demands/Working environment (if any) 

- High-pressure; requires focus and adaptability. 

- Experience working in a Korean company

- Understanding of the healthcare industry
