Key Responsibilities:


Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a diverse, international presales team to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.

- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.


Solution Development:

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop tailored software and hardware solutions that meet client needs.

- Design and present compelling technical solutions to prospective clients.


Client Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in corporate and government sectors.

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops to showcase our solutions.


Knowledge Management:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and resource hub for the presales team.

- Implement best practices for knowledge sharing and ensure the team is well-informed about product developments and industry trends.


Business Development:

- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.

- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall business development strategy.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in presales or technical sales roles, specifically in software and hardware solutions.

- Strong understanding of the corporate and government sectors.

- Demonstrated experience leading and developing international teams.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

- Strong technical acumen with a focus on solution selling.

- Experience in building knowledge bases and promoting knowledge sharing within teams.
