Prepare the annual budget with action plan to achieve the sales target and GP$ budget.
Build a strong and growing pipeline for new customers through organic outreach, networking, and past contacts.
Ensure margin improvements are made periodically throughout the business.
Work directly and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth supply chain management for clients.
Manage all OEM development projects including timelines, client communication, coordination with operations and product development teams etc.
Develop relationships with existing clients and make AEH the supplier of choice for those clients. Understand clients needs and profile and how to serve them effectively.
Work with the marketing team to assist in inbound marketing.

Other Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Management related discipline.
8+ years working experience in international sales. Experience with management and growth of portfolio of clients in multiple markets.
Strong OEM development and management experience
Experience working in or working directly with factories.
Sourcing experience in Vietnam is an advantage.
Experience with product development is an advantage.
Experience in Kitchenware/Housewares products is a huge advantage but not essential

Strong business mindset with sales-driven attitude, and well-developed team management skills. Experience managing remote teams is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills; good project management and customer service skills; good presentation skills and strong negotiation skills.
Native command of English and Vietnamese (spoken and written). Ability to converse in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus but not required. Any additional languages are an advantage.
