● Recruitment and Staffing
○ Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies.
○ Oversee the full cycle of recruitment from job posting to interviewing, hiring,
and onboarding.
○ Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies
required for openings.
● Employee Relations
○ Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
○ Address and resolve employee relations issues and grievances.
○ Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
● Performance Management
○ Implement and oversee performance management systems.
○ Work with management to develop employee improvement plans.
● Training and Development
○ Identify training needs and create or procure professional development
programs.
○ Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
● Compliance and Policy Management
○ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
○ Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
○ Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality.
● Compensation and Benefits
○ Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
○ Conduct salary surveys and develop competitive compensation plans.
○ Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
● Strategic HR Planning
○ Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and
systems.
○ Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned
with the overall business strategy.
○ Provide HR insights and support to organizational change initiatives.
● Proficiency in English
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
● Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Experience in IT industry, especially B2B SaaS start-ups.
● Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
