Game 3D Artist Leader

Responsibilities

• Own the art direction and visual style of all playable ads across projects.
• Design and guide the creation of characters, environments, UI, and animations for 30-60 seconds
• interactive experiences.
• Collaborate with Unity developers to bring visuals to life within technical constraints (file size, render limits, etc.).
• Analyze ad performance with the UA team and iterate visuals based on KPIs.
• Lead and mentor artists, define visual benchmarks, and manage asset pipelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in game art, motion design, or interactive content.
• 2+ years in a leadership or senior art role, ideally with mobile or ads experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, short-form game visuals, or stylized UI/UX.
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Blender, Substance Painter, and Unity.
• Deep understanding of hyper casual aesthetics and player-first clarity.
• Capable of rapid ideation, visual A/B testing, and working closely with technical and marketing teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ad formats and trends across TikTok, Meta, Unity Ads.
• Experience with cinematic ad content or UA-focused visual storytelling.
• Ability to animate directly in Unity or export optimized assets for developers.
• Able to communicate in English
