Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial performance - P&L, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability
• Define financial strategy to support growth trajectory, scalability, and sustainability
• Drive disciplined capital allocation - maximize ROI on spend, reinvestments, and expansion bets
• Establish strong financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of financial reporting and insights
• Identify gaps between expected vs actual performance and drive corrective actions
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate opportunities, trade-offs, and investment decisions
• Provide clear visibility on financial health, risks, and growth opportunities to leadership
• Build and lead a high-performing finance function - structure, hire, and develop the team

Requirements

• 7+ years in finance, strategy, or general management roles
• Proven experience owning P&L and financial performance
• Strong understanding of financial planning, cash flow, and capital allocation
• Experience setting up financial controls, governance, and risk frameworks
• Ability to translate business performance into clear financial insights and actions
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, product, and leadership teams
• Experience building and scaling finance functions in a fast-moving environment
