Job Description:

1.Management and Operation of the Software Production Center:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to deepen customer relationships and enhance the center's competitive position.
  • Analyze the market, identify new business opportunities, and propose solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor project progress within the production center, ensuring quality and delivery timelines meet customer requirements.
  • Implement quality control measures and continuous improvements.
  • Propose and execute initiatives to improve software production processes, enhancing product efficiency and quality.
  • Regularly report on operational status, business results, and performance indicators to company leadership.
  • Analyze business and production data to make strategic decisions.

2. Team Development:

  • Recruit, build, and develop teams of software engineers, project managers, and related positions within the center.
  • Train and enhance professional skills for staff, ensuring the team stays updated with new technologies and industry trends.
  • Manage team performance, evaluate, and propose appropriate reward and promotion policies.
  • Foster a passionate, proactive production culture that encourages creativity and innovation.

3.Customer and Partner Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and trust.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to deepen and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related IT fields.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Japanese (N2++ certification).
  • At least 5 years in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in senior management roles (Production Manager, Director, or equivalent).
  • Familiar with software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and project management tools (Redmine, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of software development technologies and trends.
