DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the DevOps lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and maintenance.
• Advanced Automation: Develop sophisticated automation frameworks to streamline deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes.
• Scalability and Reliability: Design and implement highly scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions to support millions of users.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align DevOps strategies with business goals.
• Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce security best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Innovation and Experimentation: Drive innovation by experimenting with new tools and technologies to improve deployment processes and system performance.
• Global Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize global infrastructure, ensuring consistent performance and availability across multiple regions.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects.
• Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines for diverse scenarios, including mobile development.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS, Linux, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Proficiency with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Advanced skills in Application Performance Management (APM) and infrastructure monitoring and alerting.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash and Python.
• Experience working in high-performing product teams, with a focus on delivering scalable and reliable solutions.
• In-depth understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in a DevOps context.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with advanced technologies such as AI/ML for DevOps (AIOps), serverless computing, and edge computing.
