DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our cloud-based systems and applications run smoothly with the highest possible levels of uptime. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure required for the continuous deployment and delivery of software applications while improving operational efficiency and facilitating collaboration between development and operations teams. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about creating innovative solutions for large-scale e-commerce applications. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design, build and deploy reliable and efficient cloud-based solutions
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of cloud-based applications
• and systems
• Develop automation scripts using industry-standard tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support developers in creating and deploying applications
• Ensure that all systems and applications are reliable, secure, compliant, and scalable Manage systems and network infrastructure using tools like Terraform,
• CloudFormation, and Puppet
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Experience with containerization and related technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to script in languages like Python, Bash, and Terraform
• Excellent understanding of networking principles and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
