Data Processing (VBA)

Responsibilities

Data Processing & Management

• Collect, process, and maintain large volumes of data from multiple sources.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.

• Perform regular data cleansing to remove errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.

Automation & Tools Development

• Design, develop, and maintain VBA macros in Excel/Access to automate repetitive tasks.

• Create automated reporting and dashboard solutions for business teams.

• Identify process bottlenecks and implement automation to improve efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze datasets to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

• Build and maintain business performance reports and KPIs.

• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.

• Recommend improvements to existing processes and tools.

• Keep up to date with best practices in data automation and analytics.

REQUIREMENTS

1. A minimum of a First Class Bachelor Degree or Second Class Upper in Accountancy, Business Studies, or Finance/Banking from a reputable university. (University of Banking, National Economics University, Vietnam National University,etc) (GPA >3,5 must have)

2. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

3. Proficient in spoken and written English. (at least IELTS 6,5 or relevant)

4. Strong proficiency in VBA for Excel/Access; experience with formulas, pivot tables, and advanced Excel functions.

5. Solid understanding of data cleansing, validation, and transformation techniques.

6. Experience in automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power Automate, or similar).

7. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.

8. Knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus.

9. Self-motivated, with a hunger for learning and improving processes.

10. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.

11. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business users in Singapore.

12. A team player who can collaborate effectively with co-workers in Singapore.

13. Can work on-site at ST Office in Ho Chi Minh City
