Cosmetics Merchandiser

Job Description:

• Plan and manage distribution channels such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.
• Operate and oversee monthly promotional programs.
• Manage revenue and profitability of the brand.
• Conduct market research on competitors.
• Collect and analyze sales data.
• Collaborate and support relevant departments.
• Assist with Customer Service operations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Experience in sales management for cosmetic brands.
• Knowledge of online sales distribution channels.
• Preference for candidates with experience working at Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Proactive, strong communication skills, and passion for the beauty industry.
• Good English
