Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Legal Risk Management

  • Identify and communicate legal risks (e.g., data privacy, confidentiality, IP, social media).
  • Create role-specific guidance.
  • Develop simple, easy-to-understand materials (guides, FAQs, videos).

2. Communication & Transparency

  • Provide clear, honest guidance on legal risks.
  • Keep compliance visible without creating fear.
  • Address employee concerns and build trust.

3. Training & Education

  • Design engaging, practical training programs.
  • Cover topics like social media use, confidentiality, IP, and handling external questions.
  • Focus on real-life, role-relevant scenarios.

4. Tools & Support

  • Create practical tools (scripts, checklists, escalation paths).
  • Help employees handle everyday compliance situations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for questions.

5. Policy & Monitoring

  • Support enforcement of key policies.
  • Track trends, gather feedback, and improve practices.
  • Collaborate with Core leaders & Management team.


Requirements

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years in compliance, legal risk, or employee relations
  • Strong ability to simplify complex legal topics
  • Excellent communication and training skills in English
  • High emotional intelligence and trust-building ability

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in tech/startups
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, data protection, cybersecurity
  • Experience creating training content
