Job Description:

Japan Market Development:

  • Participate in the creation and execution of business strategies targeting Japanese clients.
  • Work directly with Japanese partners to understand their needs and propose suitable technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Japanese clients and partners.

Technology Team Management:

  • Lead and develop the technical team.
  • Ensure product/service quality and adherence to international standards, particularly for Japanese clients.
  • Responsible for overseeing outsourcing partners and service vendors
  • Establishment of technical standards/documentation and policy development
  • Defining core technology direction and prioritizing the adoption of new technologies.

Requirements:

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in the technology sector, with a minimum of 3–5 years in senior management roles.
  • Experience working in the Japanese market and a solid understanding of Japanese business culture.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology, including software development, infrastructure, and security.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and conversational English.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strategic planning and practical implementation abilities.

  • Strategic mindset with sharp business acumen.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to perform effectively under high-pressure environments.
