Card System Development Specialist

I. Job Description

- Setup and parameters of card products and services on SmartVista system

- Configure transaction connections from the card system to other systems such as CoreBanking-T24, and partner payment acceptance systems

- Participate in projects to deploy card connections with NAPAS, and international payment acceptance organizations MASTER, VISA, JCB

- Training and transferring post-golive card services to TTVH and level 1 service support department

- Build a team and lead the Card development team for each project or assignment

- Consulting, design, construction, and card service architecture to optimize the development of new products and services on the Smartvista card core and optimize card service operations

- Digitize card products and services according to Open Banking standards

- Orient solutions to connect and integrate card services with other services on digital platforms

- Participate in digital transformation projects as assigned

- Participate in training courses organized by the IT/Banking Department

II. Job requirements

Qualification:

- Expertise: Graduated from appropriate majors such as IT/Informatics/Electronics and Telecommunications or other IT-related majors

- Foreign language: Requires good communication in English, reading and understanding the company's technical documents

Knowledge:

- Deep understanding of the card product development process on SmartVista, especially credit cards

- Have good knowledge of the card system and products deployed on the card system

- Understanding of domestic and international card payment operations

- Proficient in using testing tools with international card organizations Visa, JCB such as VTS...

- Understand card payment service connection standards such as ISO-8583, ISO-20022

- Understanding of PCI-DSS card payment security standards

- Deep understanding of SQL data retrieval languages ​​and PL-SQL programming

- Have knowledge and proficient use of UNIX/LINUX operating system and Oracle DB

Experience

- Over 07 years of experience developing/installing card products on SmartVista system

- Have experience connecting bank services with payment intermediaries such as NAPAS,VNPAY, MOMO, Ngan Luong

- Experience in connecting card systems with international payment organizations VISA/MASTER/JCB

- Have experience in operating card services, have a deep understanding of the components in the SmartVista card core solution (SVFE, SVNG, SVCG)
