Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Country Business Development Officer to set departmental KPIs aligned with corporate goals
• Develop and execute business development plans across assigned markets
• Build and manage strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), partners, and local associates
• Support regional market expansion through regular business travel and local engagement
• Promote company products and services effectively; provide competitive insights to guide strategy
• Represent the company in seminars, events, and other partner-facing activities
• Guide, coach, and monitor partners to ensure alignment with company standards
• Address partner inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
• Analyze market trends, track partner performance, and deliver actionable reports
• Support internal collaboration across departments to deliver exceptional partner experience
• Coach and motivate team members (where applicable), fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Partner Management, or a similar role
• Previous exposure to fintech, trading, or investment services is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel frequently to regional markets (onsite role based in Ho Chi Minh City)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence partners and stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and execution capability with strong market awareness
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
• Team leadership or coaching experience is an advantage
